Good to know
A few answers.
Then back to creating.
The essentials about browsing, licensing, and the planned purchasing experience.
Can I buy these products now?
The current catalog is a demonstration. Its products, prices, cover art, and generated previews are samples. Checkout remains disabled until real products, files, prices, and Lemon Squeezy purchase links are configured.
What will Ferbez Audio sell?
Individual sound effects, music tracks, and themed audio packs for game developers, filmmakers, and content creators. Each product page will describe its file formats, duration, included files, and available license.
Can I use purchased audio in a commercial game or video?
That is the intended use of the proposed Standard Commercial License, including commercial games, films, monetized videos, applications, and advertisements. The license is still a draft; review the final terms associated with a real product before purchasing.
Can I resell the audio or include it in my own sample pack?
The proposed standard license would prohibit standalone resale and redistribution, including repackaging the source audio into another audio library. Its intended purpose is to let you use sounds within your finished creative work.
Do I need to give credit?
Optional attribution is the current proposal. The final product license must confirm whether credit is required before sales begin.
How will checkout and downloads work?
When the store is configured, a purchase button will open a Lemon Squeezy hosted checkout. Lemon Squeezy will handle payment, receipts, applicable checkout tax handling, and the secure delivery of the files attached to that purchase.
The Ferbez website will host preview audio and promotional assets. Purchased original audio files will be attached to the relevant Lemon Squeezy product or variant.
Do I need a Ferbez account?
No Ferbez account or login is part of this storefront. The intended checkout experience lets you buy through Lemon Squeezy without creating an account on ferbez.com.
Why are the preview and download specifications different?
Previews use compressed audio for convenient listening. Real product pages will describe the files delivered with a purchase, which may use different formats or quality settings. The current sample specifications illustrate that layout and are not a deliverable promise.
Can I seek, change volume, or switch previews?
Yes. Use the bottom player to pause, seek, or change volume. Starting another product preview replaces the current one, so previews do not overlap. A browser or device may require your first tap before audio can play.
What is the refund policy?
The seller's refund policy and any applicable customer rights must be reviewed and published before checkout is enabled. No refund deadline or entitlement is defined by this demonstration site.
How can I request help or a different license?
The public support email has not been supplied yet. The contact page will be updated before launch.
