A working outline for the future Ferbez Audio store. Final terms will be published before purchases are enabled.
These notes are a template, not a complete purchase agreement. Seller identity, jurisdiction, customer rights, refund handling, and other business details remain unresolved. No claim of legal compliance is made.
1. The store and its products
Ferbez Audio is intended to offer downloadable sound effects, music, and audio packs for licensed use in creative projects. Every current listing is a sample, and purchasing is disabled.
Before launch, the seller must replace sample listings with accurate descriptions of the files, formats, included content, license options, and prices available at checkout.
2. Checkout and digital delivery
The planned checkout and file delivery provider is Lemon Squeezy. Its checkout will present the applicable purchase details and terms. Ferbez does not collect or store payment card credentials in this build.
The final terms must explain delivery, access to files, purchase support, pricing and taxes, and how checkout information relates to the seller's product descriptions.
3. Audio licenses
A future purchase will need an identified license that explains permitted use and restrictions. The proposed Standard Commercial License is available for review on the licensing page.
No draft statement on this site grants ownership of audio copyrights or permission to redistribute standalone audio. The final license must be supplied consistently on product pages, at purchase, and with downloaded files.
4. Refunds and customer rights
The refund policy has not yet been defined. The seller must review the rules applicable to its business and customers, including any requirements relevant to immediate digital delivery, cancellation, and faulty or misdescribed content.
The final policy must be clear before checkout is enabled. This draft does not exclude statutory rights or set a refund deadline.
5. Business and legal details to complete
- Seller name, business address, registration information, and support contact.
- Applicable law, dispute process, and customer rights.
- License scope, warranties, responsibility, and any lawful limitations.
- Download access, product updates, discontinuation, and support commitments.
- Refund and cancellation process, effective date, and changes to terms.
